About Me
For more than two decades, Mr. Durrant has represented corporate and private clients in complex civil matters including contract negotiation, real estate, business disputes, construction/design, and all manner of claims involving hospitality, commercial, industrial, public, and private works projects. Whether it is a small claim, a multi-million dollar claim or a business transaction, Mr. Durrant takes pride in creating and implementing innovative strategies in order to represent his clients efficiently and effectively and to secure the best possible results both inside and outside of the courtroom.
It is Mr. Durrant’s honor to represent clients that lead their respective fields and are dedicated to growth, innovation, and success. Mr. Durrant works with clients on both litigation and transactional matters involving high profile projects in Arizona and Nevada as well as other developing areas throughout the United States. It is Mr. Durrant’s desire that his relationship with his clients be mutually beneficial as they work together to achieve optimum results.
Background, Education and Career
Mr. Durrant spent the first part of his life in Arizona. Although he was raised in the East Valley, he spent many summers at the family cabin in the mountains near Prescott. Growing up, Mr. Durrant enjoyed all that Arizona has to offer including the mountains, lakes, rivers, deserts, and sand dunes.
After graduating from Dobson High School, Mr. Durrant attended Mesa Community College where he obtained his associate’s degree. Mr. Durrant was fortunate to attend Arizona State University on an academic scholarship where he was able to pursue his goal to attend law school. Mr. Durrant quickly graduated from Arizona State University with honors after which he chose to leave Arizona to continue his education in Wyoming where his father spent his childhood and where his older brother built a thriving law practice.
At the University of Wyoming, Mr. Durrant continued his legal education as he enjoyed the small town life, the outdoors, and the community. Mr. Durrant is proud to have obtained his law degree from Wyo. While in law school, Mr. Durrant obtained valuable experience as an intern to the Wyoming Supreme Court and the Albany County Prosecutor's Office. It is through this early experience that Mr. Durrant honed his skills in the courtroom.
At the conclusion of law school, Mr. Durrant was excited about the business opportunities, and the warm climate, in Southern Nevada. Prior to moving to Southern Nevada, Mr. Durrant was able to experience the areas recreational activities and lifestyle including the Spring Mountain range, the Colorado River, and Lake Mead. It was the warmness of the Las Vegas community that convinced Mr. Durrant to make Nevada his home. With Nevada as his headquarters, Mr. Durrant has been able to build his legal career to a viable practice in Nevada, Arizona, as well as other states, for more than twenty years.

Mr. Durrant spent a combined five years of his life as a resident of Lima, Peru and Buenos Aires, Argentina where he learned the Spanish language, studied, travelled, and was able to enjoy the culture of those regions.
